The duPont Hospital is operated by Nemours, which provides institutions and services to improve the health of children. Employing over 400 pediatric physicians, subspecialists and surgeons, Nemours cared for approximately a quarter of a million children during nearly one million encounters in 2005, making Nemours one of the nation's largest children's health systems. In addition to the hospital, Nemours operates the Nemours Children's Clinic-Delaware Valley, which provides pediatric primary and specialty care at locations throughout Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey, and Nemours Children's Clinics-Florida, which provide pediatric subspecialty care in Jacksonville, Orlando and Pensacola The Nemours Mansion and Gardens has an opportunity for a Tour Guide/Bus Driver to safely drive visitors from the Visitor Center to the Mansion and through the garden tour; interpreting the garden tour script and expressing it clearly; coordinating bus and garden tour. Specific duties include: Drive passenger bus Present a prescribed narration about estate and family to passengers Escort visitors on and off the bus Answer visitor's questions to best of ability Keep bus on schedule Cooperate with receptionist and tour coordinator regarding bus schedule Daily upkeep of the bus, including cleaning and fueling Act as security when on Mansion grounds Qualified applicants will have the following: 3-6 months of job related experience High School graduate Strong customer service skills Nemours an equal opportunity employer is committed to focusing on the best-qualified applicants for our openings.
